Working Towards a Better Tomorrow
Nowadays, every active and well-working company needs to know what their customer wants. This knowledge is essential ever since Sam Walton’s (founder of the Walmart chain) statement: “There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.” Therefore, it’s become increasingly critical to forming a durable relationship with the customer by knowing what he truly wants.
That’s where our mission starts. The “mini-entreprise”, Say It, was founded to help large companies or corporations to develop their relationship with their customers or even convince prospective customers to bond with those enterprises.
Moreover, we want to give consumers the chance to express themselves and be heard by those companies, who can change their production, service or other concerns in some ways to please the demand.
Furthermore, we are capable to spread the news about concepts, ideas or changes which could be utterly interesting for their customers to know. Their reactions to these plans could be additionally compelling for the companies to know. They could make this feedback go viral and get a whole lot of publicity from it.
Finally, we want to see a change in the economic field. We wish to live in a universe where large corporations do not control the movement of the desires of their consumers, but where the individual customer can spend his savings on the product or service he wants without any trade-offs.
